Yes, for an additional charge, as long as you add them when you book. The form has options for single, double and king size mattresses, under counter, tall and American fridge freezers, and car tyres on or off rims. Place mattresses inside the skip. Items found at collection that were not declared may be charged for separately.

Plasterboard must be kept separate from everything else, as the regulations require. Choose Plasterboard Only as your main waste type if the whole load is plasterboard, or add one tonne plasterboard bags to your booking for smaller amounts. Yes, but carpet can only make up a maximum of 10 per cent of the skip load. If you are clearing carpets from a whole house, that will be more than one skip can take alongside other waste, so call our Selby team on 01757 642032 for advice on the best way to dispose of it.

Rubble and soil can be chosen as the main waste type for our standard skip sizes online. For larger skips the option is not offered, because a big skip full of heavy material becomes unsafe to lift. If you have a large amount of rubble or soil, call us and we will recommend the right option.

Please call us instead on 01757 642032. A skip on the highway needs a permit from the local council, and we apply for that on your behalf as an approved supplier. The council sets the fee and usually approves the permit within four working days, so we need to agree your delivery date around that.

You pay online by card when you book, using the Book and Pay step at the end of the form. We accept major debit and credit cards but we are currently unable to accept American Express. If you would rather pay another way, call the office and the team will help.

When you book you can ask for anytime, a morning or an afternoon drop off, and we make every effort to deliver at your preferred time. You can also leave special delivery instructions, for example where on the drive to place the skip or how to get through a gate. Deliveries run six days a week.

Yes. Enclosed skips cannot be booked through the online form, so please call our Selby office on 01757 642032. The team will check availability for your dates, confirm the size you need and give you a price. Enclosed skips suit sites where waste must be kept dry or secure overnight.
